For football, men’s and women’s basketball, we are implementing a new per-seat donation model. Each ticket purchased includes a donation component and a ticket component (with the exception of non-donor section tickets).
The model allows our entire fan base access to improve their seating locations and enhances the atmosphere to create a competitive advantage for our student-athletes. The system rewards loyal Bulls Club and season ticket members by providing them the first opportunity to retain season tickets and current seat locations. For those members who wish to relocate, upgrade or add, seats will be selected based on 2015-16 Bulls Club Donor Level and then Priority Point rank.
In order to retain your football seats for the 2015-16 year, you must purchase your tickets by April 15. Men’s and women’s basketball seats must be purchased by July 31. Tickets that have not been renewed will be entered into the pool of available seats for general public sales.

Through our first two Regional Information Sessions and from feedback for conversations that we have had with our members, we have adjusted the seat transfer fee.
Fans will now be able to transfer their seats for only $100 per seat for football, men's basketball, and women's basketball. We will still honor the $75 per seat transfer fee for the seats in the Green Section for Women's Basketball only.
Remember, this seat transfer fee offer is good for this year only.
We acknowledge that multiple families may have been under one member account in past seasons. In an effort to reward those individuals for their giving and allow those families to continue to cheer on the Bulls together, we will offer a one-time seat transfer. This will allow all donors to have their own account and receive Priority Points and gift credit for their participation and donations.
Season tickets may be transferred to a family member, friend or other loyal Bulls fan. This limited-time offer will be available until April 15, 2015 (football) and July 31, 2015 (men’s and women’s basketball).
Current season ticket members will need to complete the Season Ticket Transfer Application (also available on www.MyBullsClub.com or by contacting the Bulls Club). To prevent the unauthorized transfer of tickets, the current and recipient account holders must sign the form and mail it to the Bulls Club office. Fax or phone transfer applications will not be accepted.
A minimum of two (2) tickets and a maximum of six (6) tickets may be transferred per account. Seat transfers will occur during the designated relocation/upgrade/seat addition periods:
Tickets may be transferred to a new account or an existing account. Purchase history is not eligible for transfer. Once tickets are transferred, the recipient will begin their own account or will have tickets added to their existing account.
The listed one-time seat transfer fees WILL count towards your cumulative Bulls Club Donor Level for 2015-16. The transfer fee will help support costs associated with scholarships, travel, academic services, recruiting and other areas of need.
The process is an exception to normal operating procedures and will help create a new group of Bulls Club and season ticket members. The transfer fee is essential as it allows new members to receive significantly better seats than they otherwise would have been entitled to.
The Bulls Varsity Club (BVC) is a membership organization for former student-athletes who participated in any of USF’s Varsity sports as well as former cheerleaders, dance squad members, managers, senior staff administrators, trainers and coaches. BVC annual membership benefits include one (1) complimentary ticket to any USF home athletic contest (subject to availability).
Under the new model, there will not be a designated “Faculty & Staff” section. Rather, Faculty & Staff will have the opportunity to purchase season tickets in ANY section of Raymond James Stadium (football) and the USF Sun Dome (basketball) based on availability. With the new model, this will allow Faculty & Staff more flexibility in choosing their seats based on location preference. Faculty & Staff are also eligible to receive a discount on season tickets based on date of purchase (see specific dates above). Season tickets may be purchased through payroll deduction.
Under the new model, there will not be designated “4 Pack” sections. Rather, season ticket members will have the opportunity to purchase season tickets in ANY section of Raymond James Stadium (football) based on availability. With the new model, this will allow season ticket members more flexibility in choosing their seats based on location preference. Season tickets may be purchased through pledge plan payments.
Under the Bulls Club Champion Seating Program, there will be no change to the student ticket policy. Students are eligible to request one (1) ticket and purchase additional guest tickets (maximum ticket number varies per event and all tickets are subject to availability) in the respective student sections for each home sporting event.
Beginning in 2015, each season ticket purchased includes a donation component and a ticket component (with the exception of non-donor section tickets). All members may be impacted differently based on the new model. Please contact the Bulls Club staff specifically regarding your Bulls Club gift.
An important component of the Bulls Club Champion Seating Program is how it relates to Bulls Club Member Benefits. Benefits are awarded based on 2015-16 Bulls Club Donor Level. Ticket and parking benefits are awarded based on 2015-16 Bulls Club Donor Level and then Priority Point rank.
The Bulls Club Champion Seating Program, which includes the donation component from tickets purchased, will be combined with any additional gifts to calculate your Bulls Club Annual Donor Level. Gifts will cumulatively count and may be made to the Bulls Club Annual Fund or Scholarship Fund, individual sports, endowments and capital projects.

The Bulls Club is charged with raising the private investment needed to establish USF Athletics as an emerging power on the national athletics stage. The alumni and friends who comprise the Bulls Club family advance our mission of positioning every team and every student-athlete to compete for championships, to excel in the classroom, to represent USF with honor, and to leave USF well prepared for success after the final whistle.
Annual gifts to the Bulls Club or to scholarships help provide critical operations to support our student-athletes. As a Bulls Club member, you will receive a variety of special benefits, including priority seating and parking, invitations to special donor-only events, and much more. Bulls Club annual gifts are generally tax deductible at the rate of 80% of the gift. If you decline receiving member benefits, 100% of the gift is tax deductible.
Members will receive Priority Points based on participation including giving, purchasing season tickets, and a variety of other affiliations and activities. Priority Points are a means of establishing “rank” among the community of Bulls supporters and are used to determine access to and seating locations for athletic events, parking, away games and championship games.
“Thank you Bulls Club Members for all of your support. I would not have the opportunity to live out my dream if not for you, so for that I am forever grateful.”-Courtney Williams, Women’s Basketball
TOTAL: $1,750 – Only $1,000 was eligible towards Donor Level calculation
TOTAL: $2,000 - entire $2,000 contribution is eligible towards Donor Level calculation
As our student-athletes are finishing up the second year of competition in the American Athletic Conference, the landscape of college athletics continues to change. Changes in the NCAA governance structure have created greater financial gaps between institutions. It is now permissible to cover the full cost of attendance for student-athletes, which helps support student-athlete wellness. Overall costs in college athletics continue to rise, so the support of our Bulls Club, season ticket members, alumni, Faculty & Staff, students and the entire community is crucial.
The Bulls Club Champion Seating Program was developed to provide our student-athletes the best opportunity to compete at the highest level, and enhance the fan experience for our members and fans. The Program is the result of extensive research involving ticket analysis experts, focus groups and surveys from Bulls Club and season ticket members, and assessment of other programs who had recently implemented similar models.
The Bulls Club Champion Seating Program is designed to enhance the atmosphere and competitive advantage at home events, and allow our entire fan base access to improve their seating locations. In conjunction, we have modified how your Bulls Club Donor Level is calculated, and have added value to the associated benefits.
I want to thank you all for your interest in USF Athletics and the Bulls Club. We take great pride in our prominent athletics program whose primary goals are to win championships, graduate student-athletes and serve our community. To do so, it takes the wholehearted efforts of our student-athletes, coaches, staff and, most importantly, those of our donors and fans, like you, who invest in their drive to success. Simply put, we cannot get there without you.
The Bulls Club is the backbone of our fundraising efforts. It exists because of the financial commitment thousands of individuals have made to its mission of providing opportunities for our 450+ student-athletes. Your philanthropic support of the Bulls Club plays a pivotal role in our ability to meet the escalating costs of intercollegiate athletics while still providing the best possible environments for our teams to compete and succeed at the highest levels. The Bulls Club generates funds to assist in covering program expenses such as scholarships, academic services, life-skills development and recruiting. Your investment in the Bulls Club is an investment not only in the rich tradition of USF Athletics, but in the future of our student-athletes. I thank those that are proud Bulls Club members and encourage others to join us in our efforts to provide these exemplary student-athletes with the tools to succeed in life.
The Bulls Club Champion Seating Program consists of a per seat donation structure and the associated Bulls Club donation and benefits. For football, men’s and women’s basketball, it allows our entire fan base access to improve their seating locations through tax deductible annual contributions to the Bulls Club Annual Fund.
The Program will be effective immediately and will directly impact your 2015-16 Bulls Club membership and benefits, 2015 football and 2015-16 men’s and women’s basketball. Your Bulls Club donation must be received by April 15th, 2015 (single transaction) or by August 5th, 2015 (pledge payment plan) to be eligible for 2015-16 benefits.
The per seat model is being utilized more frequently by many major programs around the country. The previous donation and ticket model is out of date, as it doesn’t cater to the large majority of our members and fails to serve the best interests of our student-athletes. The Program was developed as a result of extensive research involving ticket analysis experts, focus groups and surveys from Bulls Club and season ticket members, and assessment of other programs who have recently implemented similar models.
It will help establish a group of new Bulls Club members whose contributions will provide a consistent source of revenue to support our student-athletes and the rising costs in college athletics. The model creates equity across football, men’s and women’s basketball, allowing donors at all levels the access to purchase seats in more areas than ever before.
The Athletics Department utilized the help of one of the best ticket sales experts and globally recognized economists to evaluate ticket sales over the past 10 seasons, measure the price elasticity of each section, and determine the optimal value to help encourage increased attendance and support of our athletic programs.
Focus groups were conducted amongst current Bulls Club and season ticket members, lapsed members, faculty and staff, and other constituent groups.
YES! We aim to provide as much assistance to help you navigate the new Program, and understand how it impacts your individual membership. We are able to assist in any/all of the following ways:

The system rewards loyal Bulls Club and season ticket members by providing them the first opportunity to retain season tickets and current seat locations. Members will have the opportunity to purchase season tickets in ANY section of Raymond James Stadium (football) and the USF Sun Dome (basketball) based on availability. With the new model, this will allow members more flexibility in choosing their seats based on location preference.
For those members who wish to relocate, upgrade or add, seats will be selected based on 2015-16 Bulls Club Donor Level and then Priority Point rank. Seats will then be open for general sales once the relocation period for existing season ticket members has been completed.
NO. There is no transfer fee applied for any relocation, upgrade or addition of seats. If the new seats have an increased ticket/seat donation cost, that will be the only additional amount required. The transfer fee applies to seats transferred from one account to another ONLY.vel and then Priority Point rank. Seats will then be open for general sales once the relocation period for existing season ticket members has been completed.
We will do a one-time seat transfer policy for this year (see page 9 in the Membership Guide for more details). This will allow members to transfer season tickets to a family member, friend or other loyal Bulls fan. Typically, account history and tickets cannot be transferred generationally, but may be passed to a spouse.
Yes. The transfer fee per seat goes to the Bulls Club Annual Fund and will cumulatively count towards your Bulls Club Donor Level, along with any other contributions.
NO. The transfer option must occur prior to any relocation requests.
Beginning in the 2016-17 season, you will only be required to pay the seat donation and season ticket price for your seats. If you gave an additional gift, or would like to have associated benefits at a certain level, you would need to donate an additional philanthropic gift annually.
All Bulls fans and supporters are encouraged to join! Become a member of the Bulls Club and enjoy membership benefits. Visit www.MyBullsClub.com or call 1-800-GoBulls.
The Bulls Club looks to provide benefits associated with your gifts to the Athletic Department. As part of the Bulls Club Champion Seating Program, we have restructured our benefits to provide more value to our members. Benefits are offered to donors who contribute annual donations ranging from $100-$50,000+. See theabove for more details.
YES. There are non-donor sections in football, men’s and women’s basketball that are available for purchase. Please see theand men’s and women’s above for specific details.
However, by purchasing season tickets you may become a Bulls Club member. The donation component of the ticket price will contribute to your Bulls Club Donor Level. Bulls Club members will receive Priority Points which are used to determine access to and seating locations for athletic events, parking, away and post-season games. Tickets that do not have a donation component are also available for purchase.
The per seat donations will go directly to the Bulls Club Annual fund to support USF’s 450+ student-athletes. They help provide critical operations including scholarships, recruiting, academic support, strength training, sports medicine and rehabilitation, hiring and retention of quality coaches and staff, and other costs associated with building a successful athletics franchise.
Your giving level is calculated by your total donation to the Bulls Club. This includes seating donations for football, men’s and women’s basketball, donations to the Bulls Club Annual or Scholarship Fund, individual sports, endowments and capital projects.
Gifts made as a one-time payment must be made by April 15 to receive Bulls Club benefits for the 2015-16 academic season. For pledge payment plans, all gifts must be made by August 5. All Silver Bull Donors and above are eligible for a 12-month payment plan (please call the Bulls Club office directly to set up).
Any gifts made in December of 2015 will count towards the 2016-17 Donor Level and benefits.
NO. Only donations directed to the Bulls Club Annual Fund count towards the per seat donation amount. Donations may be given to other areas of athletics to contribute to your Bulls Club Donor Level, but donations given to areas outside of athletics do not contribute to your Donor Level (see pg. 6 in the Membership Guide for ways you can contribute).
In order to advance our athletics department and provide the best student-athlete experience, revenue directed towards the Athletics Department is critical to our success.
